Scientific purpose certification
Medicinal product samples necessary for clinical trials have to be imported for scientific purpose with a confirmation available at the Department of Individual Medicine Import of the National Institute of Pharmacy. This confirmation certifies that the samples being imported have no commercial value and will be used exclusively for scientific purpose.
Conditions of the confirmation:
• registration form to be filled in
• copy of the proforma invoice of the current shipment
